Evex Clinics is pleased to announce the Information Desk Specialist position in Batumi.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (Saturday short working day)

Main responsibilities:

** Admission, request detection and referral of patients admitted to the clinic;

** Check and certify Form 100 in accordance with the established Checklist;

** Bulletin compilation, journal production and control;

** Fill in the relevant documents on billing and Moh.gov.ge for the purpose of receiving financing and warranty services;

** Pre-calculation document registration in the billing system;

** In case of lack of information requested by the patient, search / verify the information and provide it accordingly;

** Provide feedback forms for dissatisfied patients, handing over the forms to the immediate supervisor;

** Participate in customer surveys if necessary;

** Perform other activities related to the activity in accordance with the duties of the immediate superior;

** Feedback request accordingly;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher medical education;

** Work experience in a medical institution is desirable;

** Knowledge of Russian and English languages;

** Ability to focus on details;

** Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments;

** Ability to communicate effectively;

** Ability to resolve conflicts;

** Results oriented;
